Responsibility

  • Operate aircraft in accordance with flight plans, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform thorough pre flight inspections, fuel calculations, performance planning, and MEL checks.
  • Collaborate with the Captain, dispatch, and air traffic control to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Execute safe and compliant flight operations, including altitude assignment, course changes, and fuel management.
  • Maintain accurate flight logs, trip reports, and regulatory documentation.
  • Provide high level customer service and professionalism to passengers and crew.
  • Maintain currency through recurrent training, simulator sessions, and medical certifications.
  • Identify and report safety hazards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification

  • Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or current eligibility for ATP.
  • Commercial Pilot License with instrument rating (IFR) or equivalent; type rating on applicable aircraft preferred.
  • Minimum 1,500 total flight hours with significant cross-country and night experience.
  • Current FAA Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass background and drug tests as per DOT and company policy.
  • Excellent communication, CRM, and teamwork skills; ability to thrive in fast paced environments.
  • Proficiency with flight planning software and EFB tools; strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overnight trips.
