As a member of our flight team, you will operate modern regional aircraft under the supervision of a Captain, adhering to company SOPs and FAA regulations. We welcome pilots who value teamwork, continuous learning, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibility
- Operate aircraft in accordance with flight plans, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform thorough pre flight inspections, fuel calculations, performance planning, and MEL checks.
- Collaborate with the Captain, dispatch, and air traffic control to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Execute safe and compliant flight operations, including altitude assignment, course changes, and fuel management.
- Maintain accurate flight logs, trip reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Provide high level customer service and professionalism to passengers and crew.
- Maintain currency through recurrent training, simulator sessions, and medical certifications.
- Identify and report safety hazards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or current eligibility for ATP.
- Commercial Pilot License with instrument rating (IFR) or equivalent; type rating on applicable aircraft preferred.
- Minimum 1,500 total flight hours with significant cross-country and night experience.
- Current FAA Class 1 medical certificate.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass background and drug tests as per DOT and company policy.
- Excellent communication, CRM, and teamwork skills; ability to thrive in fast paced environments.
- Proficiency with flight planning software and EFB tools; strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overnight trips.
