Responsibility

  • Operate scheduled passenger flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements, ensuring safety and on-time performance.
  • Conduct thorough preflight, enroute, and post-flight duties, including flight planning, weight and balance, fuel planning, and documentation.
  • Monitor weather, air traffic control instructions, and MEL/EMERGENCY procedures; implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with pilots, cabin crew, dispatch, and maintenance teams through effective CRM to deliver safe, efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable FAA regulations and company policies; participate in ongoing safety and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate flight logs, operational data, and incident reporting; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding, simulator training, and type-rating programs as required; remain adaptable to fleet changes.
  • Provide professional service to passengers, promoting a positive on-board experience and representing the company with integrity.

Qualification

  • FAA Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating; ATP certificate is preferred.
  • Minimum 1,500 total flight hours, including 500 multi-engine hours; PIC experience preferred.
  • Current FAA medical certificate (Class 1 or 2) and eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Recent flight experience within the last 12 months and strong IFR/CRM proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to relocate to Fort Worth, TX, and participate in company training and type-rating programs as required.
