Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, weather analysis, and performance calculations to ensure safe operations.
  • Operate aircraft in accordance with company SOPs, FAA regulations, and air traffic control instructions.
  • Coordinate with flight deck crew and cabin crew to ensure seamless, safe passenger service and operations.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC, monitor weather, and adjust flight plans as required for safety and efficiency.
  • Manage flight logs, MEL compliance, and post-flight reporting with meticulous attention to accuracy.
  • Mentor junior pilots and participate in recurrent training, safety programs, and CRM initiatives.
  • Lead by example in upholding safety culture, fatigue management, and risk mitigation practices.
  • Contribute to route planning and optimization discussions to improve reliability and on-time performance.

Qualification

  • ATP certificate or current eligibility; multi-engine flight experience preferred.
  • 2,500+ total flight hours with recent turbine and instrument flight experience.
  • Valid FAA medical certificate (Class I or II) and current IFR rating.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, weight and balance, and performance calculations.
  • Excellent CRM, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure with professionalism.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and meet company security requirements.
