Responsibility
- Operate aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with federal regulations and company procedures.
- Perform thorough pre-flight planning, including weather assessment, weight and balance, and fuel planning.
- Maintain situational awareness, communicate effectively with ATC and crew, and manage in-flight decision-making as required.
- Monitor aircraft systems, avionics, and performance data to ensure optimal flight operations.
- Adhere to all safety, CRM, and fatigue management standards; document incidents and continue training.
- Complete accurate flight logs, post-flight reports, and required regulatory paperwork.
- Mentor and support junior pilots, participate in simulator sessions and recurrent training.
Qualification
- FAA ATP certificate or equivalent regional credential; current multi-engine, multi-IFR privileges; 1,500+ hours (airline preferred).
- Proven flight experience on jet aircraft; type rating on Boeing 737 or Airbus A320 preferred.
- Current FAA first-class medical certificate; valid passport; ability to work in the United States.
- Strong CRM, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and situational awareness capabilities.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; flexible schedule obligations.
- Fluent in English; commitment to safety culture and regulatory compliance.
