Responsibility
- Proactively make outbound calls and conduct email outreach to prospective clients in need of warehouse management solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads through targeted research and initial conversations, ensuring suitability for WMS products.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions via CRM systems and report on outreach efforts.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and refine outreach strategies.
- Follow up on assigned leads and nurture long-term relationships with prospects.
- Continuously develop product knowledge to effectively communicate WMS features and benefits.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based performance goals.
Qualification
- Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or call centre roles (preferably in B2B or tech sectors).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professionalism in high-pressure conversations.
- Knowledge or interest in warehouse management systems and logistics software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Residing in or willing to work in Pampanga, Central Luzon.
