We're looking for professionals who can communicate effectively in English or Filipino, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Previous experience driving company vehicles or in a corporate setting is preferred.
Responsibility
- Safely operate assigned Toyota vehicles (cars and vans) in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while prioritizing passenger safety and cargo protection.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report any mechanical concerns promptly, and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage, fuel usage, and delivery documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Keep assigned vehicles clean and well-maintained; perform basic preventive maintenance and safe parking practices.
- Provide courteous and professional service to staff, clients, and vendors; handle documents and proof of delivery with attention to detail.
- Adhere to security procedures when transporting confidential materials or valuables and escalate incidents according to policy.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to optimize scheduling and routing for efficiency.
Qualification
- Valid Philippine driver's license with appropriate vehicle class; clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably with corporate or fleet operations; strong knowledge of Metro Manila road networks, including Quezon City routes.
- Excellent driving skills with a strong safety mindset and defensive driving techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to identify common issues; willing to perform minor repairs or coordinate with service partners.
- Physical ability to perform vehicle inspections and long periods of driving; good vision and hearing; comfortable with shift work or overtime when required.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a proven track record of reliability in a professional setting.
- Ability to work discretely with confidential information and maintain a professional demeanor in diverse environments.
