TBS Industrial Services is seeking a dedicated Company Driver to support our operations in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This contract role offers stable monthly compensation and the opportunity to work with a respected industrial services provider. You will be responsible for safe, reliable transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel to job sites, ensuring compliance with company safety policies, traffic laws, and local regulations. As a Company Driver, you will be a key member of our fleet operations, coordinating with site teams and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. You will perform pre-trip checks, log mileage and fuel usage, and report any mechanical issues promptly. You will manage daily schedules, communicate changes to supervisors, and partner with warehouse staff to receive or drop off materials with accuracy. Responsibility
- Safely transport materials, equipment, and staff to project sites across Metro Manila while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report any vehicle faults, and coordinate routine maintenance with the fleet team.
- Plan optimal routes, manage delivery schedules, and communicate delays promptly to supervisors.
- Load and secure cargo using standard lifting techniques or equipment, ensuring weight limits and safety standards are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and exterior appearance; ensure proper documentation and fuel efficiency.
- Assist site teams with deliveries and vehicle access coordination; provide professional customer service to clients and suppliers.
- Adhere to safety protocols, incident reporting procedures, and personal protective equipment requirements.
- Keep accurate trip logs, mileage, and delivery records in the fleet system.
Qualification
- Valid Philippine driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type; clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings.
- Good knowledge of Metro Manila routes, traffic patterns, and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino; ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 25 kg and perform occasional loading/unloading tasks.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to adapt to changing schedules and assignments.
- Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance skills; ability to report issues promptly.
- Professional appearance and courteous, customer-oriented demeanor.
