Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Company Protection Specialist to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. Responsibility
- Implement and maintain comprehensive security protocols to protect company assets, employees, and guests.
- Monitor and supervise on-site security staff, ensuring proper adherence to safety procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and investigations into security breaches or incidents.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies, including alarms, threats, or unauthorized access incidents.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and external vendors as required.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for all employees.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on security activities, incidents, and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist with the design, installation, and maintenance of electronic security systems and surveillance equipment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate security, asset protection, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, protocols, and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if needed.
- Must possess integrity, discretion, and a proactive approach to risk management.
