Join a dynamic team at Recruit Express as a Contract Contact Centre Claims Recovery Executive in Singapore. In this 6-month assignment, you will be at the frontline of recovery operations, combining customer service excellence with precision in claims processing. About the role
You will be responsible for contacting customers and clients to recover outstanding claims while upholding high standards of service and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify information, document outcomes, and escalate where necessary. The position offers exposure to debt recovery workflows, data integrity practices, and performance metrics focused on timely recoveries and customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to recover outstanding claims, ensuring a professional and respectful approach.
- Review account details, verify claim information, and document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (collections, underwriting, and operations) to resolve discrepancies and expedite recoveries.
- Assess and escalate high-risk cases in compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed notes, update status reports, and meet monthly recovery targets and service levels (SLA).
- Provide timely updates to customers, explaining processes, timelines, and any required documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, contribute to standard operating procedures, and participate in team training sessions.

Responsibility
- Conduct outbound/inbound calls to pursue recovery of outstanding claims with professionalism and empathy.
- Verify claimant information, review documents, and ensure data integrity in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and facilitate timely recoveries.
- Maintain accurate case notes and update case status in the CRM on a regular basis.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
- Meet or exceed defined recovery targets and SLA metrics.
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to supervisors with recommended actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with the team.
Qualification
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Prior experience in contact centre, claims recovery, or collections is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; comfortable with data entry and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Resilient, professional, and able to handle challenging conversations calmly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Eligible to work in Singapore and available for a 6-month contract.
