Kalman Marketing Agency is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our vibrant team in Denpasar, Bali. This role is central to building and communicating compelling brand stories through high-quality visual content and engaging video. You will collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and clients to produce content that resonates with audiences, amplifies brand identity, and moves campaigns forward.
As a Content Creator, you will own the end-to-end content lifecycle from concept to delivery. You will ideate and script concepts, coordinate shoots, edit videos and graphics, and ensure every piece aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You will also adapt content for multiple channels, including social media, websites, and client presentations, while staying on brand and on schedule. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling are essential in this role.

Responsibility
- Create engaging video content, reels, and graphics that align with brand strategy and campaign goals
- Manage end-to-end content production from concept through scripting, shoot coordination, editing, and delivery
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and client teams to develop and execute creative campaigns
- Optimize content for social platforms with platform-specific formats and best practices
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate on content based on insights
- Maintain brand voice and visual identity across all channels
- Support brainstorming sessions and contribute to compelling creative briefs
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of hands-on content creation or digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and visual communication skills with a portfolio
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content performance metrics
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities
- English proficiency; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
