Top Source Executive Search is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our growing marketing team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences, elevate brand storytelling, and help drive engagement and lead generation for our clients. You will work across multiple channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and video scripts, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and overall content strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning ideas into clear, persuasive copy that converts.
As a Content Creator, you will:
- Develop and write high-quality content across blogs, social media, newsletters, and video scripts in line with the brand voice.
- Plan and manage an editorial calendar to ensure consistent, timely content delivery.
- Optimize content for search engines and user intent using keyword research and on-page techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and subject matter experts to brainstorm and execute compelling campaigns.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategy to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, tone, and grammar.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to extend reach and ROI.

Qualification

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research tools.
