CK Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Content & Social Media Executive to own and elevate our brand’s online presence. This role is designed to drive strategy and execution across channels, blending creative storytelling with data-driven optimization, effectively replacing a traditional social media agency for our business. You will manage end-to-end content creation, publish across key platforms, and nurture a vibrant online community that reflects our brand voice and values.
As the Content & Social Media Executive, you will shape our content calendar, craft compelling copy and visuals, and collaborate with marketing and sales to align campaigns with business goals. You will analyze performance metrics, iterate on content formats that resonate with our audience, and stay ahead of digital trends in the Malaysian market. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in Shah Alam that requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibility
- Own the brand’s online voice and presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) with consistency and integrity.
- Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content (copy, visuals, short-form video) aligned with the brand strategy.
- Manage the social content calendar, scheduling, and publishing using industry tools.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and optimize content and campaigns based on data insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform changes, and emerging channels; test new formats to boost reach and impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media management for consumer brands.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong, consistent brand voice.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO basics for social content and an understanding of the Malaysian digital landscape.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
