Join M-Commerce Corporation as a Content Strategy Specialist and lead the end-to-end planning, creation, and optimization of brand-owned TikTok content and KOL collaborations. Based in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, you will translate brand storytelling into engaging video narratives that resonate with local audiences and beyond.
In this role, you will own the strategy development and execution for all TikTok activities, including creative briefs, content calendars, asset production, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with creative and product teams to maintain a consistent brand voice while driving growth, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. You will also manage influencer partnerships—identifying, negotiating, briefing, and monitoring KOL campaigns to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
Your data-driven approach will guide content decisions. You will monitor key metrics, run experiments, and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end content strategy for brand-owned TikTok accounts and KOL campaigns.
- Plan and maintain a holistic content calendar, briefs, asset pipelines, and production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure brand voice, tone, and guidelines are consistently applied.
- Identify, vet, and manage influencer partnerships and KOLs; negotiate terms, briefs, and performance expectations; monitor campaigns.
- Monitor content performance using analytics, extract insights, and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Manage budgets and timelines; track spend, ROI, and ensure compliance with brand and platform policies.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, TikTok algorithm changes, and competitive activity; translate trends into actionable ideas.
- Coordinate post-campaign retrospectives and learnings to inform future strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, social media, or influencer marketing with a proven TikTok/KOL track record.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, editing, and ability to craft concise brand voice.
- Data-driven mindset; proficient in analytics tools (eg, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, or social listening platforms).
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Knowledge of brand guidelines, compliance, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Creative thinker with ability to translate business goals into compelling content ideas.
