Job description
We are seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at RecruitPedia Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for leading new project planning and conducting cost-benefit analysis of existing warehouse operations and processes.
Responsibility
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations
- Develop and execute project plans to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
