Prestige Notary Solutions is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Notary Public / Mobile Signing Agent to join our elite team in the Los Angeles area. We specialize in loan signings, real estate documents, powers of attorney, and general notarizations for a high-end client base. As a Notary Public with us, you will perform on-site notarizations, verify identity, and ensure all documents are properly executed in accordance with California state law and industry best practices. What you will do:
- Schedule and travel to signings at client locations, offices, or residences.
- Administer oaths and perform jurats and acknowledgments per notary law.
- Verify identity using compliant methods and maintain secure records.
- Explain document requirements to signers and ensure accurate completion.
- Maintain meticulous appointment calendars, secure sensitive information, and track document status.
- Prepare and submit electronic notary journals and perform e-notarizations where allowed.
- Collaborate with lenders, title companies, and attorneys to deliver error-free signings.
- Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and professional standards at all times.
Responsibility
- Travel to client locations to perform notarizations and signings with accuracy.

- Maintain precise appointments and meet deadlines for document delivery.

- Maintain confidentiality, data security, and high professional standards.
Qualification
- Active California Notary Public certification with commission in good standing.
- 2+ years of mobile notary or loan signing experience preferred.
- Proficiency with notarization software, e-signer platforms, and secure data handling.
- Excellent time management and reliable transportation; ability to travel within LA region.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; professional appearance and communication.
- Detail-oriented with strong reading comprehension and document accuracy.
- Background check clear and ability to verify identity with ease.
- Comfort with high-volume signings and fast-turnaround deadlines.
