Responsibility
- Travel to client locations throughout Los Angeles to perform notarial acts.
- Verify identities and witness the signing of documents in compliance with California notary laws.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all transactions and notarial acts.
- Build relationships with clients by providing superior customer service.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, attorneys, and local businesses on notary assignments.
- Ensure timely completion, delivery, and filing of signed documents.
- Stay updated on the latest regulations and best practices within notary services.
Qualification
- Active California Notary Public commission (required).
- Minimum 2 years’ notary experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Los Angeles County.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with smartphones, scanning, and e-signature platforms.
- Background check and valid driver’s license required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
