You will use our CRM to document conversations, track interactions, and coordinate follow-ups, ensuring every touchpoint is timely, professional, and customer-centered.
As part of our team, you will collaborate with sales, service, and parts departments to fulfill requests, schedule test drives and service appointments, and resolve issues with empathy and effectiveness. Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about vehicles, features, financing options, pricing, and dealership services.
- Record and organize customer interactions in the CRM, updating case notes and next-step actions.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams to deliver timely solutions.
- Schedule test drives, service appointments, and follow-up communications to enhance the customer journey.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and communicate promotions and available options to customers.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by adhering to company policies and service levels.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and policy changes to provide accurate guidance.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in call center or customer service roles; automotive or retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Filipino language proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
