Responsibility
- Respond to inbound inquiries from customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information about vehicles, financing options, service plans, and after-sales support
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying concerns, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled promptly
- Process appointments, vehicle test drives, service bookings, and order entries while tracking status
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering timely, proactive support and meeting performance metrics
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed and ensure timely resolution
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer support, call center, or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; bilingual in Filipino is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office; accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
- Customer-centric mindset with patience, empathy, and a professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn about automotive products and services and to participate in ongoing training
