Private Advertiser is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to shape artist identity and grow audience engagement across digital platforms. This role blends brand storytelling, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to elevate a dynamic creative portfolio across social, search, email, and partnerships. You will partner with design, product, and content teams to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with local audiences in the Philippines and regional markets, while maintaining consistency across brand guidelines and assets.
As a key member of the marketing leadership, you will own the end-to-end creative process—from concept to delivery. You will translate marketing goals into powerful messages, supervise asset production, and ensure consistency of voice and visuals across all channels. Your work will influence how audiences perceive artists and interact with content, driving growth, engagement, and long-term brand affinity. You will also monitor performance, run A/B tests, and iterate creative strategies based on analytics to maximize reach and ROI.
In addition to day-to-day execution, you will mentor junior team members, manage relationships with external agencies, and coordinate with sales and partnerships to align campaigns with business objectives. Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, paid media, and events to build and sustain artist identity.
- Lead content strategy and creative direction for campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand voice and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with product, design, and partnerships teams to translate marketing goals into creative assets and go-to-market plans.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize based on data insights.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners; oversee budgeting and scheduling.
- Plan and manage content calendars, asset production, and campaign localization for the Philippine market and regional audiences.
- Drive growth of audience engagement and brand awareness across digital platforms; track KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong storytelling ability and creative direction skills; proven track record delivering engaging campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, attribution models).
- Excellent project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships; ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Philippine market, excellent English communication, and collaborative mindset.
