BFI Finance Indonesia is seeking a motivated Credit Marketing Officer at our Depok branch to drive vehicle financing through dealer partnerships and direct customer engagement for the Agency Car program. You will be the primary point of contact for automotive dealers and prospective borrowers, guiding applicants through the credit journey from initial inquiry to loan approval. Working across Sales, Credit, and Operations, you will ensure fast, accurate processing and an outstanding customer experience while promoting responsible lending.
As a Credit Marketing Officer, you will identify and secure new dealership relationships, qualify leads, present tailored financing options, and support customers through every step of the application and approval process. Responsibility
- Identify and cultivate relationships with automotive dealers and referral partners to source high-quality credit leads for vehicle financing (Agency Car).
- Qualify customers by collecting financial information and performing preliminary credit assessments in line with company policy.
- Present and explain loan products, terms, rates, and repayment schedules; advise on optimal financing decisions for customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for leads, conversions, and loan approvals while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to process applications quickly and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations; maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at dealership events, roadshows, and community activities to raise brand awareness.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate referrals.
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or credit acquisition, preferably in financial services or automotive lending.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian and English; comfortable engaging with dealership partners and customers.
- Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic MS Office; familiarity with loan origination processes is a plus.
- Willingness to be stationed at BFI Depok Branch and travel to partner sites as needed.
