Responsibility
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
- Manage loyalty programs to enhance customer loyalty and increase repeat purchases
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on CRM and loyalty initiatives
- Monitor and report on the performance of CRM and loyalty programs
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in CRM or Loyalty Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
