Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homebuyers during onboarding and loan application stages, ensuring clarity and empathy throughout the process.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Mortgage Partners, and internal operations to align timelines and expedite approvals.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM, track milestones, and schedule next steps.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, manage expectations, and provide proactive status updates.
  • Identify and escalate risks or missing information to prevent delays and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications, or related field.
