Responsibility
- Conduct quality inspections and audits on products and services
- Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns
- Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Quality management certification is a plus
