Join PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) as a Customer Relationship Officer for Electronics in Kupang. In this role you will be the front line for electronics loan products, delivering outstanding customer service, and guiding clients through financing options that best fit their needs. As a CRO for Elektronik you will engage directly with customers and retailers, assess financing needs, present clear product information, and assist clients in completing applications. You will coordinate with credit, operations and risk teams to ensure accurate processing and timely disbursement, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position includes regular travel to nearby communities in Kupang and surrounding areas to promote offerings and build lasting relationships.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with electronics customers and retailers to understand financing needs
- Guide customers through loan applications, document collection, and credit verification
- Achieve monthly sales targets for electronic loan products and cross-sell related financial services
- Conduct field visits to customer sites and retail partners to promote offerings
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure fast, accurate processing
- Provide timely product information and after-sales support to resolve inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure compliance with policies
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor degree preferred; or minimum senior high school with relevant finance or sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex credit terms clearly
- Customer-service oriented with a sales mindset and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Willingness to travel for field visits and events; valid driving license is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic digital tools; comfort with CRM software
- Fluency in Indonesian; local language capabilities are advantageous
