Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Document interactions and update customer records accurately in CRM systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide step-by-step guidance, and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or recent graduate with strong academic record.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication; Filipino language skills are a plus.
- Genuine desire to help customers and resolve inquiries with courtesy and patience.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes; proficient with basic computer and data entry.
- Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to work in a fast paced contact center environment and to participate in shift schedules.
