Foundever is seeking dedicated Customer Service Agents to join our team in Makati. This role offers a competitive salary starting at ₱47,000 per month, with the potential to earn up to ₱70,000 through sales commissions.
Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns through multiple communication channels
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promote products and services to drive sales and meet targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide detailed documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
Qualification
- High school or K-12 graduate with strong communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
