Job description
The Customer Service Analyst plays a pivotal role in organizing and generating valuable distribution information and data for the customer service department within the Supply Chain division at Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines.
Responsibility
- Collect and analyze distribution data to optimize customer service operations
- Communicate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Develop reports and presentations to showcase distribution insights and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service processes
- Identify areas for improvement in distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
