Job description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Alabang, Metro Manila. This role is open to applicants with or without BPO experience, as we provide comprehensive training.
Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately
- Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance metrics
Qualification
- High school diploma, K-12 graduate, or College level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules and weekends
