Responsibility
- Provide responsive and courteous customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Accurately process, generate, and review invoices to ensure timely billing and collections.
- Handle and resolve customer billing inquiries, disputes, and account-related questions efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and payment activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues and support service delivery improvements.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and assist in accounts receivable follow-ups.
- Identify areas for process optimization that enhance customer satisfaction and operational accuracy.
- Comply with established company policies and data privacy standards while handling sensitive information.
Qualification
- Previous experience in customer service and/or billing roles, preferably in a remote or office environment.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and billing software solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team-oriented remote setup.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to task management.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is a plus.
