We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service cum Admin for our team at ODYSSEYWHEELS TRAVEL Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves handling customer queries, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth operation of the office.
Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Assist in general office duties and support the team
Qualification
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
