We are currently seeking a Customer Service Help Desk professional to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting borrowers, handling inquiries, supporting loan applications, and ensuring smooth loan processing for our Mortgage account.
Responsibility
- Assist borrowers with their inquiries and concerns
- Handle incoming calls and emails related to loan applications
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other teams to expedite loan processing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualification
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of mortgage processes is a plus
