In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service to jewelry shoppers and collectors. You will help customers discover the perfect pieces, provide product knowledge on gold and jewelry materials, and process orders with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate is passionate about jewelry, skilled at building relationships, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a contract position with growth opportunities within our regional team.

Key responsibilities include guiding customers through product selections, upselling suitable items, answering inquiries via phone, chat, and email, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience. You will collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure product availability, update customers on order status, and execute smooth after-sales support. While this role focuses on jewellery and gold, your professional presence and problem-solving abilities will help us exceed customer expectations and drive repeat business.

Responsibility

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service for jewellery and gold products in-person and online.
  • Assist customers with product selection, upsell complementary pieces, and promote ongoing promotions.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including materials, care, and warranty information.
  • Manage inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely responses.
  • Record customer interactions in the CRM and maintain clean, accurate customer data.
  • Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to verify stock and fulfill orders.
  • Deliver high-quality after-sales support and follow-up to nurture lasting relationships.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or POS systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
