Responsibility
- Provide timely, empathetic, and professional customer service in both Chinese and English via chat, email, and other digital channels.
- Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Educate users about platform features, updates, and best practices to enhance their streaming experience.
- Collect user feedback and report trends to help improve the platform and services.
- Stay up to date with product updates, music trends, and industry best practices.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualification
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer support, call center, or similar service-oriented roles is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort with digital platforms.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries efficiently.
- Passion for music and familiarity with popular music streaming services.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work part-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
