Responsibility

  • Handle inbound inquiries from Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing clear information and timely resolutions.
  • Deliver accurate product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and offer practical solutions with empathy.
  • Resolve customer complaints with a professional, courteous approach, aiming for first-contact resolution and high satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up of outstanding items.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and track progress until resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Operations to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to educate customers on services, promote renewals, and upsell where appropriate within approved guidelines.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data security requirements at all times.

Qualification

  • Fluent in Mandarin with strong English communication skills.
