Responsibility
- Assist commuters with payment and fare queries, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions
- Provide guidance on using ticketing machines and public transport card transactions
- Handle cash and electronic payments with accuracy and care
- Resolve commuter complaints, issues, and escalations professionally
- Deliver clear and courteous customer support at service counters and ticketing points
- Monitor station facilities and alert relevant teams to maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall commuter experience
- Uphold company standards for customer service and fare handling at all times
Qualification
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in any field
- Experience in customer service or payment handling is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in handling cash and electronic payments
- Detail-oriented and trustworthy with numeracy accuracy
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work 5-day shifts, including weekends and public holidays as rostered
