Responsibility

  • Provide timely, friendly, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and in person for all SISTIC ticketing services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate daily operations at the box office or customer service desks, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Assist with ticket sales, refunds, exchanges, and troubleshooting related issues.
  • Support on-ground operations during live events, ensuring smooth event day experiences for patrons and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of transactions, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external event partners to support end-to-end operational needs.
  • Continuously strive for enhanced customer satisfaction and service improvements.

Qualification

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or operations roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new ticketing or CRM systems.
