Responsibility
- Provide timely, friendly, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and in person for all SISTIC ticketing services.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate daily operations at the box office or customer service desks, ensuring seamless execution.
- Assist with ticket sales, refunds, exchanges, and troubleshooting related issues.
- Support on-ground operations during live events, ensuring smooth event day experiences for patrons and partners.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of transactions, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external event partners to support end-to-end operational needs.
- Continuously strive for enhanced customer satisfaction and service improvements.
Qualification
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or operations roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new ticketing or CRM systems.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, or variable shifts as required by event schedules.
- Passion for the arts, entertainment, and events industry preferred.
