We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Golden Dragon Motor Sales Corp in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement and product recommendations
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
Qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
