We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Golden Dragon Motor Sales Corp in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance.
Responsibility
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Provide product information and pricing
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues
Qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
