Responsibility
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Processing orders and providing product information
- Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships
Qualification
