Responsibility

  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat, or email with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying root causes and providing clear, actionable solutions.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services and guide customers to the right solutions.
  • Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and service level targets.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely and effective customer support.
  • Document feedback and opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualification

  • High school graduate or higher; college students and fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Filipino is a plus.
