Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
Qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
