Responsibility
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and empathy.
- Record and update customer information accurately in company systems.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes for higher customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors as needed.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; College undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office applications.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
