Responsibility
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via chat, email, and occasional voice calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Handle client transactions and financial data with accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Assist clients in understanding and addressing their account-related concerns.
- Document all customer interactions, actions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Ensure adherence to company protocols and quality standards in every interaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to deliver best-in-class customer service.
- Stay updated with financial products, services, and compliance requirements.
- Meet performance targets in customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or financial support is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, CRMs, and digital communication tools.
