Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer requests and issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while building positive relationships with customers.
- Document and update customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex or priority issues to appropriate departments.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and quality assurance targets.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and team leaders to resolve customer concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving aptitude.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Proficient computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
