Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone and other communication channels
  • Handle inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, claims, and policy information accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve patient, policyholder, and provider concerns in a courteous and timely manner
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system according to company standards
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
  • Educate customers on healthcare processes and answer questions regarding benefits and coverage

Qualification

  • High School or Senior High School (SHS) graduate or higher
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (B2 level preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Computer literate and comfortable with basic office applications
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends as needed
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
