Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone and other communication channels
- Handle inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, claims, and policy information accurately and efficiently
- Resolve patient, policyholder, and provider concerns in a courteous and timely manner
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system according to company standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Educate customers on healthcare processes and answer questions regarding benefits and coverage
- Meet or exceed performance metrics in quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
- High School or Senior High School (SHS) graduate or higher
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (B2 level preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Computer literate and comfortable with basic office applications
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends as needed
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
