Responsibility
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy
- Update customer records in the CRM and maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell appropriate products or services
- Maintain a courteous, professional attitude and manage difficult conversations with empathy
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or helpdesk software
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience, especially in retail, call center, or B2B environments
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
