As a Travel & Cruise Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for travelers seeking assistance with bookings, itineraries, and post trip support. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat and email with professionalism, empathy and accuracy. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, protect guest satisfaction, and ensure adherence to company policies and privacy standards.

Responsibility
- Provide friendly, professional support to travel and cruise customers via phone, chat and email
- Resolve inquiries regarding bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations and refunds with accuracy
- Update customer records in the CRM and document all interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to security, privacy, and company policy standards in every interaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as first contact resolution and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and service quality
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students or graduates are welcome
- 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in travel or hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong problem solving, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and data entry
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer first mindset
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends or holidays if required
