Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding activities for assigned customers across multiple modes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers, carriers, and internal teams; provide proactive shipment updates and issue resolution.
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to optimize routing, transit times, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor shipments, manage exceptions, and provide timely ETA notifications to customers.
- Assist with quotes, rate requests, and service level options to meet customer needs and budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate shipment records in the ERP/CRM system and generate performance reports for stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or freight forwarding/logistics is advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and basic international shipping documentation; attention to regulatory details.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; highly organized and detail-oriented.
