Responsibility

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and other related airline queries
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent service
Qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts
