PERSOL is seeking a Data & Marketing Officer / Executive - Analyst in the East Region to leverage data insights that drive sales performance and shape market strategy from day one. In this role, you will partner with Marketing and Sales teams to translate data into actionable campaigns, segmentation plans, and performance analyses that optimize ROI across channels. You will own campaign reporting, data governance, and the continuous improvement of measurement frameworks in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will also manage data quality, implement governance standards, and ensure privacy and compliance across analytics workflows. Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from CRM, marketing platforms, and sales tools to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
- Analyze customer segments, lifecycles, and behavior to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- Support planning of marketing campaigns, budgets, and channel investments based on data insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across analytics processes; perform ad hoc analyses as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of attribution modeling and marketing measurement.
